Terms & Conditions

Registrations need to be done on each event’s bespoke website by completing the online registration forms. If you choose the Bank Transfer option, a member of the Ibento Global will contact you to complete the payment process. If you choose the Online Payment Option, you will be redirected to the Ibento Global Home Page Payment Portal to complete your transaction.
Once your payment is received, you will receive a registration badge/ticket via email, within 1-working day of online registration and payment, to be able to attend the event. Registrations without payments will not result in a ticket and your access to the event will be declined.
Please note all Ibento Global events are listed in the Upcoming Events section of this website. You can access the event information by visiting the event’s specific websites.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Privacy policy

All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties’’ Ibento Global will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties
Merchant takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, https://www.ibentoglobal.com/ cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online

Refunds

The merchant is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
There are no refunds for booked and paid tickets after 24 hours from the booking. In case of cancellation after 24 hours, a Credit Voucher in the amount of original purchase will be issued for the customer to use against any other event. Please see below section of Cancellation and Delivery Policy for more details on Credit Vouchers.

Cancellation & Delivery Policy

Customer can cancel their participation at the event at any time, up to 2 weeks before the first day of the event. In case of cancellation, a Credit Voucher at the value of original purchase will be issued for the customer to attend a future event, valid for a period of 1-year from the date of Credit Voucher.
Ibento Global will issue the Credit Voucher in the name of the original customer.
Credit Vouchers cannot be exchanged and only the person whose name appears on the Credit Voucher can avail it. Please allow up to 2 working days from cancellation request to receive the Credit Voucher. A sealed Voucher will be sent to your registered email ID for per usual. You can avail your Voucher by contacting info@ibentoglobal.com by mentioning the new event you wish to attend, and the team will process your new booking and revert within 2 working days
All customers are responsible for being at event location at specified time to attend the event. Failure to do so, will not result in a Credit Voucher for future event

Please refer to each event’s website, listed on the Ibento Global Homepage’s Upcoming Events section for full details of the event and its associated pricing. Please select the correct pricing representing your industry. In case of a wrong category selection, we will contact you to advise you on correct package and pricing and will guide you on finalizing the transaction.
